Racking - Southern Wine & Spirits Distribution Center Chicago

Southern Wine & Spirits Distribution CenterWhen Southern Wine & Spirits acquired  Pacific Wine & Spirits and Romano Brothers of Chicago, the TriFactor team designed a distribution center enabling them to consolidate their two large volume distributors into one high-velocity distribution center.

The sophisticated material handling system  guaranteed the high pick rates necessary to serve one of the nations largest markets. Additionally, the state-of-the-art facility ensures order accuracy, enables product to move in a protected  environment reducing opportunities for breakage.  The system ensures accuracy, and reduces downtime, all of which contribute to higher throughput and increased customer service levels.

TriFactor is proud to be a partner in SWS’s rapid expansion plans, as we have been contracted to complete additional centers in Reno, Nevada, as well as the completion of centers in Tampa, Florida,  Honolulu, Hawaii and Las Vegas, Nevada

SWS continues to select TriFactor as a result of the numerous projects that have been completed on-time and on-budget.
