The new system increased capacity and overall throughput to 250 cartons per minute. The use of additional palletizers created incremental flexibility and better production planning. The custom palletizers were designed to accommodate the various fragile bottle sizes, as well as increase protection to Bacardi’s display-ready packaging. The equipment utilized reduced downtime which increased the plant’s efficiency ratings. |
