24 Volt Conveyors - Hytrol E24 - MDR Conveyors

When the need calls for zero-pressure (ZP) accumulation, the 24V Motorized Driven Roller  conveyor has grown in popularity over the past couple years, especially since the price is now inline or below traditional 480VAC zero pressure accumulating conveyor. The E24 roller conveyor's unique feature is its pancake motor, which is mounted on the outside frame of the conveyor. Other 24 volt conveyor motors are located inside the roller. This gives the E24 the added benefit of needing only one motor for all conveyor widths and speeds, resulting in a noticeable reduction in wiring and installation, particularly applications requiring frequent layout changes.
